You hold it together for everyone else. This space is for you.

You’ve probably made it this far by being capable, composed, and chronically reliable. You're the one who gets it done—whether that’s saving lives, running teams, managing chaos, or holding it all together when no one else can.

You’ve trained yourself to be fine. Or at least look fine.

But here’s the thing: being “high functioning” doesn’t mean you’re not struggling. It just means you're really good at hiding it.

That’s okay. You're in the right place.

In our work together, we’ll work at your pace to unpack things like:

  • The trauma you told yourself "wasn't that bad."
  • Or the stuff you filed away in a mental box labeled “Do Not Open.”

  • The neurodivergent traits you’ve masked your way through life with.
  • ADHD, autism, sensory overload, executive function burnout—we’ll explore how your brain actually works, not how the world told you it should.

  • The intergenerational expectations you’re quietly rebelling against.
  • You get to bring your entire self here: your background, values, identity, and the unspoken stories that shaped how you navigate the world.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom to ask for support.

(But if you already did… no judgment. Let’s talk.)

I offer a space where you can take off the mask, and figure out what healing looks like on your own terms.
